We know that the 20 days in the hotel are often not enough to find the right home for your family, then you would have to go to a temp place anyway.

Our fully furnished 1506 sqf apartment features:
* A completely equipped children's room with toys, including a ball pit, workbench, kitchen set, gym mat, and more!
*3 spacious bedrooms (a baby travel bed in storage if needed)
*2 full bathrooms, one with a relaxing bathtub
*A large living room with a Smart TV and a cozy couch that can be converted into a bed for the whole family
*A dining room with a baby high chair
*A fully equipped kitchen with slow cooker & Air fryer
*2 outdoor areas, one with grill, hammock and mud kitchen for the kids
* peace and quiet
Our village offers 3 playgrounds, one just around the corner, and beautiful walking paths. You’ll find plenty of shopping options just 5 minutes away, with a large shopping center within a 10-minute walk.
By car:
> 20 min to Spang Air Base
> 30 min to Büchel
> 1:40 to Frankfurt Airport
> 6 min to train station
From here, you can comfortably search for your new home. We are here to assist you every step of the way!
